MXN Commerce USA — the company behind LIVLIT's U.S. launch and brand building — is preparing the brand's first license project, Livlit KR, together with its partner companies, leading the process from brand IP management to the Korean market launch.

MXN Commerce USA is the company that led LIVLIT's U.S. launch and brand building from the ground up. The model places the brand's IP at its center, working with market-specific partners to bring LIVLIT's proven brand assets and product standards into new countries. MXN Commerce USA leads the design of the license structure, brand IP management, and the partner collaboration framework, ensuring that product quality and brand identity remain consistent even as local partners take charge of market operations.

The first project under this expansion is Livlit KR, the brand's entry into the Korean market. Korea is a market where consumer awareness of ingredient safety in period care is exceptionally high and the organic and premium segments have grown steadily — a meaningful next stage for a brand born and raised in the U.S. MXN Commerce USA is preparing the Livlit KR project together with manufacturing and distribution partner companies, expanding the lineup beyond the 100% organic cotton line proven in the U.S. to include healthy 100% pure cotton products, and coordinating channel strategy and brand communication to deliver the same standards of product and brand experience to Korean consumers.

Livlit KR marks an expansion of MXN Commerce USA's service scope — from supporting brands' overseas market entry to managing brand IP and operating global license businesses. Starting with Korea, MXN Commerce USA will grow LIVLIT's license markets step by step, working closely with its partners to help LIVLIT become a global feminine care brand.
