NEOGEN: Amazon Ad Operations and Client Profitability Improvement

Neogen, in its 9th year of expansion into the US market, faced challenges with declining ad efficiency and profitability. MXNC USA optimized Amazon PPC operations through an AI-Based PPC Solution and a Dedicated Manager system. As a result, single product sales grew up to 50 times, and Amazon PPC campaigns for approximately 150 SKUs were effectively managed. Most importantly, TACOS was reduced from 70% to 14%, securing a stable profit structure and laying the groundwork for long-term growth.

W CONCEPT: Successful Pop-up Store in New Jersey for K-Fashion

W Concept Korea launched its first pop-up store in Fort Lee, New Jersey, to introduce K-Fashion to the US market. MXN Commerce USA provided one-stop support for the entire process, including planning and operations, local community marketing, influencer collaborations, and fulfillment. LIVLIT: Entry of Korean Organic Feminine Hygiene Brand into the US Market

Livlit started with no brand assets in the North American market. MXN Commerce USA aimed to create a structure where 'safety, trust, and repurchase' form a virtuous cycle by designing and building an operating model from scratch, including BI development and regulation/expression guide establishment, sequential launch on Amazon/Shopify, full-funnel marketing combining Performance/UGC/Affiliate, and local fulfillment/settlement systems.

Global Sourcing from Milan and NYC for W Concept Korea.

Sourcing a wide range of products, especially on-season luxury and contemporary brand items, is a critical task for retail service providers. Since 2023, MXN KR has been assisting Wconcept.co.kr with its global sourcing. Through MXN KR, the client has been able to offer its customers over 200,000 products from more than 1,000 key brands. Leveraging MXN’s hubs in Milan and New York, products that have undergone meticulous verification are directly fulfilled to Wconcept’s customers.
